The team at Constant Fitness have been amazing, the small group PT sessions are well run and the team support and push you to perform at your best. For anyone looking to improve their strength and conditioning through fun and hard enjoyable sessions I can't recommend them enough.

Started training here a few months ago after bouncing round a few public gyms. The guys here are great, I’ve seen more progress in these months than I have in my previous decade training. This is the first time I’ve enjoyed training since university rugby. It’s a weird feeling to be excited about going to the gym. Highly recommend.

Im not a 'gym person', I'm not really a 'getting up early person', or a 'watch what you eat person'- but after 4 weeks of training with these guys, i can confidently say im all 3. I literally cannot recommend enough- the classes are fun with just the right amount of challenge, and the small classes mean you get the attention you need to get your from on point. At nearly 50 years old- its given me back my energy and stamina. I bloody love it!

Sam, Jj and Lenny are lovely, and fully supportive regardless of where you're at in your fitness journey. Wouldn't want to train anywhere else as it feels like such a judgement free environment.

Being a member of Constant fitness has totally changed my attitude and confidence towards exercising. I have joined many gyms and classes over the years and never really enjoyed or stuck to anything. I moved from one thing to another and felt like it was something I HAD to do to lose weight rather than enjoy. Since joining constant fitness I can honestly say I look forward to attending the gym with their small structured classes and it has turned into something I enjoy doing for myself rather than just to lose weight. I have seen a lot of changes in my body, my confidence and my mindset towards exercising and a healthier lifestyle since joining in January and can’t thank Sam, JJ and Lenny enough for their support. I would Highly recommend and I wish I had joined a lot sooner!
