As I’m not getting any younger, I knew it was time to make a change in my life. Joined Constant fitness a year ago and has been brilliant. Personal trainers are great, easy going and know their stuff. They have personalised my training due to some niggly injuries and have helped keep me motivated throughout. The trainers check in by phone every month, offering nutritional advice, setting goals or just a chat about gym stuff. Never been an avid fan of gyms or sport but each day the workouts are varied with a mixture of weights and cardio. There is a great vibe within the gym, with the other clients egging on and supporting each other. I look forward to the classes and either sets me up for the day or helps me to decompress after a day at work.

Before joining Constant Fitness, I really struggled with consistency. More often than not, I’d start a workout plan and have to change exercises on the fly because the commercial gym was too crowded, which meant my workouts never really flowed the way I wanted. Over time, I’d get fed up or bored and often wouldn’t even complete the plan. At Constant Fitness, everything is different. All I have to do is turn up and track my weights — everything else is handled. The coaches do all the planning, make sure I’m doing the movements correctly, and check in with me regularly to keep me accountable and consistent. I’ve been training here for about 18 months now, and the atmosphere is incredible. It’s such a friendly group of people, all cheering each other on. A morning session here sets me up perfectly for the rest of the day.

I love the SGPT sessions, I’ve been so much more consistent with my training since joining constant fitness. All of the coaches are at hand to coach, guide and encourage. I have been going to constant for 8 weeks now and never thought I would love and look forward to the gym as much as I do. I have never stepped foot in a gym till now and wish I made this decision sooner!!! The coaches sam, JJ and lenny are amazing and wouldn't have made the progression i have if it wasn't for their time,effort and patience with me .
